TIV is firmly committed to achieving best practice in the provision of vocational education and training. TIV recognises that particular groups of people in society have experienced, and continue to experience, institutional disadvantage and unequal educational outcomes. Our access and equity practices ensure non-discriminatory admission to courses and the achievement of comparable educational outcomes by all groups in society.
By providing accessible and equitable vocational education our students develop knowledge and skills to enhance life and work opportunities. TIV programs and services are relevant, accessible, fair and inclusive. We promote programs and services in a manner that includes and reflects the diverse population. TIV also encourages individuals with disabilities to access government subsidised training.
